Adjusting level of detail (LOD)

  • In the dropdown menu, you’ll see options for LOD0, LOD1, LOD2, and LOD3.
  • LOD0 provides the highest quality and the most polygons, resulting in more detailed models.
  • LOD1, LOD2, and LOD3 progressively reduce the polygon count, which improves performance but decreases visual detail.
  • Select a lower LOD (LOD1 or LOD2) if you need better performance, or choose LOD0 for maximum visual fidelity.
Tip: Higher polygon counts (like LOD0) may impact frame rate and GPU usage, so balance quality and performance based on your project’s needs.
