Passthrough AR
In the classic Passthrough AR scenario, a passthrough layer is used as a background onto which virtual objects are rendered.
Configure your scene for Passthrough AR as follows:
- Add a Passthrough layer to your (VR)Pawn and set Layer Placement to Underlay.
- Ensure that your level background is transparent: Delete or deactivate any SkySphere.
With this configuration, passthrough shows up wherever your virtual scene doesn’t cover the screen.
