Subscription Analytics

The Subscriptions Analytics page provides data and charts to help you understand how people are engaging with your app’s subscription offerings. You can filter the analytics by headset model and time period.
To access Subscriptions Analytics:
  1. Login to the Meta Horizon Developer Dashboard⁠ with an admin or developer account.
  2. Select your app.
  3. In the left-side navigation, click Analytics > Subscriptions.

Subscriptions Summary

The summary describes the subscriptions, growth, and attach rate for the selected period.

Active Subscriptions Chart

This chart plots the active subscriptions over the selected period.
Active Subscriptions
You can click the legend labels in the legend to toggle on or toggle off the associated line in the chart.
Label Toggles
This chart plots the paid subscriptions over the selected period. You can click the legend labels in the legend to toggle on or toggle off the associated line in the chart.
Paid Subscriptions
The available categories are:
  • New Paid Subscriptions (No Trial) - Paid subscriptions that were started without a free trial beforehand.
  • Renewed Paid Subscriptions - Paid subscriptions that were renewed.
  • Canceled Paid Subscriptions - Paid subscriptions that were canceled. Canceled subscriptions are still active until the subscription’s expiration date.
  • Expired Paid Subscriptions - Paid subscriptions that expired after cancellation.

Trial Subscriptions Chart

This chart plots the trial subscriptions over the selected period. You can click the legend labels in the legend to toggle on or toggle off the associated line in the chart.
Trial Subscriptions
The available categories are:
New Trial Subscriptions - New free trial subscriptions that were started.
Converted Trial Subscriptions - Free trial subscriptions that were converted into paid subscriptions.
Canceled Trial Subscriptions - Subscriptions that were canceled during their free trial. Canceled trial subscriptions are still active until the trial subscription’s expiration date.
Expired Trial Subscriptions - Free trial subscriptions that expired after cancellation.
