Digital Rights Management support

• Horizon OS supports Widevine L1 and L3 DRM video playback.
• In general, 2D apps may use the normal Android DRM-related APIs⁠ for secure playback.
• Immersive apps can configure their own layers to prevent screen capture using OpenXR APIs or by disabling Video Recording in the Developer Dashboard⁠, under Settings > Sharing.
